Hi, didnt get time to write about this since we returned on 8th. But as they say better late than never. On 4th at around 9pm i came to know that there's going to be a trip of microsoft student partners to mangalore for 2-3 days leaving at 11 pm on same night. Initially got really confused about whether to go or not in such a short notice. Then finally decided to go with it. Called the HOD at around 10.30, he gave his consent. Finally reached the hotel where i had to report.

As this was my first trip as microsoft student champ, i was meeting everyone for the first time. Finally everyone came and we were all ready to go. but our joy was shortlived as we got the news that the bus had broken down and it will take time. Now about the group. There were total of 9 guys, 4 were student partners from Chennai and 5 from Bangalore. All the fun started that night itself as we waited for the bus. Pranks were played to the fullest. snaps taken. Also saw a movie on sharath's laptop( naked weapon-3 ). Finally the bus arrived. Bus was really awesome (a.c.) with all the paintings done and microsoft written at the front and sides. We left for Mangalore at around 4.30

We reached at around 1 pm on 5th. Checked into Mangalore International Hotel. Went to the sea beach in the evening. There we had loadzzz of fun n masti. I even had a short trip on camel. Then we reached back to hotel and went to pubhans ( an ice cream restaurent ). Next day we got down to business. We all left for manipal except for 3 who made their presentations for nit, suratkal later that day. On reaching plan we gave a talk about our microsoft community. Its different programs etc etc...Then we reached NIT, Suratkal for MSDN@campus. The program started at 2.30 even kevin joined us there. Seminars were given on different topics---Web Services, .NET, Embedded Systems. It was really educating. I also met couple of my friends from previous school there. Then we came back. Had a really really awesome dinner and finally retaliated to the hotel to get some much needed sleep.

Next day we left for WaterFall(about an hour from mangalore). Took some great rides, played all sorts of games in pool, had lunch, again went back to pools. Had a GRAND GRAND time...then finally it was time for leaving we left at around 7 pm and college resumed from 8th onwards. Just loved the trip,,,fooding, lodging everything was superb. But the best thing was the way we all did work with fun. Looking more of such stuffs in future.
